DOCTRINAL STATEMENT

We believe in the one true and living God, I AM, who is eternal and infinite, yet has manifested and revealed Himself to us as Jehovah in creation, Jesus in redemption and Holy Spirit as power and revelation within us in this present age.

We believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God, is one with God and was made flesh, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. We believe that Jesus was completely human and completely God and that He died on the cross, the complete and final sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures. Further, He arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, where He sits at the right hand of Jehovah functioning as our High Priest and Intercessor. We believe that the only way to heaven is by accepting Jesus Christ as savior and Lord.

We believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit as a regenerator of the human spirit after initial conversion and one who anoints, seals and preserves us. We believe that the Holy Spirit is also one who comforts us, convicts us, sanctifies us, as well as leads and guides us, empowering us to live Godly lives.

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as evidenced by speaking in other tongues and the operation of the gifts of the Spirit as a separate experience from the initial regeneration of the Holy Spirit at conversion and is an endowment of power and supernatural ability. We believe in all gifts of the Holy Spirit as well as the operation of the fivefold ministry grace gifts of Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher.

We believe that those who are called Believers should depart from iniquity, evil works and a lifestyle of sin. We believe that the Holy Spirit works in us initially to seal and regenerate us (Ephesians 1:13) and then progressively to continually produce the character of Jesus Christ as we mature in our faith. We believe in freedom from the power of sin and living a lifestyle that reflects the Scriptures.

We believe the Scriptures, (The Bible), both the Old and New Testament are the inspired Word of God, without error in its original documents. We also affirm the scripture to be the complete revelation of God’s will for the Salvation of mankind, the Divine and final authority for all Christian faith and Life.

We believe in baptism in the name of Jesus Christ as an outward testimony of one’s salvation experience. Baptism is a Scriptural command. We believe in water baptism by immersion symbolizing death to sin and resurrection to a new life in Christ.

We believe in the personal, bodily return of our Lord Jesus Christ; that Christ will return in the rapture and revelation, rescuing the Saints to translate His church from the earth. He will reward Believers according to their works.

We believe in the church (‘Ekklesia’) as a God ordained fellowship of Believers here on Earth and that the local church is a representation of God’s invisible Kingdom that has been given power and authority. Further, we believe that all born again Believers are members of the Body of Christ; the universal church known as the Kingdom of God. We believe that regular service attendance is necessary for Believers for strength, empowerment, training and equipping. The purpose of the church is to win souls by spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world.
